We Offer Two, Free Seminars and Several Paid Seminars

  
A one-hour overview of all Eight Strategic Steps

OR 

Any single Strategic Step for one hour.

The following applies to the free seminars:

• The above free seminars may be given at any location, however; for locations outside of the San Francisco Bay Area, travel, food and accommodations will be charged back to the requesting organization, (company).  Food not to exceed $50 per day and lodging at actuals.  Airfare varies greatly based on how much advance notice we have for booking, it will be based on actual cost if paid by HPM Consulting, (the hosting organization may wish to book and pay directly at their corporate rates). 
    
• It is recommended that “Finding Out Where You Are Now” (Step 1) be the first segment of every seminar, since it is the most value add for the amount of time.
  
• The maximum number of participants is 30 or less, please.
  
• Reproduction of the handouts etc. to be handled by the hosting organization, one copy will be supplied for purposes of reproduction.  If HPM Consulting is required to supply the handouts, the hosting organization will be charged cost, plus handling and shipping.
  
• One free seminar per organization, please.

Seminars over two hours and repeat seminars will be booked at $200.00 per hour door-to-door, or $250.00 per hour on-site.

 
The Seminar only costs are as follows (30 participants max) 

• A Four-Hour Seminar covering up to four strategic steps $1,000.00 plus travel etc. if required.
  
• An ALL DAY Seminar covering four steps in detail or all eight in less detail $2,000.00 ($1,750  if paid in advance) plus travel etc.
  
• The entire TWO DAY Seminar covering all eight steps $,4000 ($3,500 if paid in advance) [plus travel etc. if outside the San Francisco Bay Area].

Note: 
These costs apply if held at the customer’s location only; if an off-site facility is required, either it is to be billed directly to the customer, or HPM Consulting will arrange it for cost plus a small handling fee.
