The Sign Up Process is Easy!

Step 1: Understand the Program.

Step 2: Will you be bringing a Significant Other?
	New Members may bring their Significant Other to the program. If you will be bringing another person, please enter their name below, so we may add them to your program (at no additional cost) Significant Other's Name:

Step 3: Order & Pay Online
	Simply click on the order button below to sign up for the program. Your credit card will be charged for the first month ($495.00) upon submitting your information.
